Board of Trustees (BoT) is the highest policy and decision making authority of INCLEN who jointly oversees the activities of the network for 3 consecutive years. Chairman of the board facilitates the decision making processes and reporting mechanism
Since the beginning, INCLEN board members have been eminent scientists and renowned personalities from medicine and other diverse fields with a global outlook
As part of the new strategic plan (2012 – 2021) BoT was reconstituted in 2015 to satisfy local regulatory requirements
In addition to the BoT, a seven member Regional Advisory Board (RAB) was constituted with one representative from each of the regional CLENs
RAB serves as the voice of the network and advise the Board about network issues. RAB also facilitates sustained and productive engagement of the network in research and capacity building activities and catalyzes the need based network expansions
INCLEN Executive Office (IEO) is the central coordinating office of the organization headed by Executive Director (ED), appointed by the Board. IEO may shift to new location with Executive Director as decided by the Board from time to time
INCLEN Institute of Global Health (IIGH) is the new face of the organization in Delhi, India presently headed by the ED. The chief functionary of IIGH will also reports to the Board. The institute in 2016 is proposed to have Directors/Professors (Divisional Heads) and faculties with academic/scientific titles
