Societies across the globe are changing. With an overarching goal of transforming INCLEN to meet the demands of modern societies a new strategic road-map was developed in 2012

INCLEN strategic plan (ISP), 2012-2021, usher our members into the next decade as a vibrant and motivated network that can achieve the original vision ‘to improve global health by the way of research and capacity building’

Five inter-related objectives of ISP are:

Establishment of IIGH (INCLEN Institute of Global Health) – a new resource platform for conducting research, training, knowledge translation and fund generation function’s of the network

INCLEN Research Thematic groups on global health priorities – After network wide consultation five research thematic groups were constituted for expanding and re-aligning the network’s research portfolios

Revitalizing CEU’s and CERTC’s in Medical institutes through functional research activities and capacity building programs

Continuing knowledge translation & policy advocacy on global health issues

Network consolidation and expansion with new members
